Client: Shares their business needs, preferences, and goals, while also establishing their expectations for the partnership and how they envision Smart VA Pro supporting their operations.

Requirement Gathering

Client:  Provides detailed requirements through a comprehensive questionnaire or a consultation call, ensuring all necessary information is shared.

Smart VA Pro: Will meticulously review and gather all the necessary details, ensuring a deep understanding of the client’s needs. Our goal is to tailor our services to perfectly align with your business requirements, delivering personalized and effective solutions that drive success.

Matching and Introduction

Smart VA Pro: Carefully matches the client with virtual assistants whose skills, experience, and work style are perfectly suited to the client’s specific needs and business goals

Client & VA: participate in an introductory meeting to discuss project details, expectations, and next steps, ensuring a strong foundation for collaboration.

VA:Showcases relevant skills and past experience, demonstrating their ability to meet the client’s unique requirements and provide exceptional support.

Beginning of the partnership | Feedback

Client: May start with a part-time VA engagement to evaluate compatibility and ensure the VA aligns with business goals. After the first month, the client can assess the VA’s performance and, depending on the results and business needs, decide whether to transition to full-time or continue part-time.

VA: Executes assigned tasks while remaining open to feedback, making any necessary adjustments to ensure alignment with the client’s expectations and goals.

Smart VA Pro: Ensures the VA performs tasks efficiently while actively seeking feedback from the client to make any necessary adjustments. Our focus is on refining the working relationship and ensuring the client’s expectations are met, with continuous improvements as needed.

Ongoing Support and Partnership

Client & VA: Maintain open lines of communication with regular check-ins to ensure tasks are progressing smoothly and expectations are met.

Smart VA Pro:  Provides continuous support to both the client and VA, ensuring regular communication to foster a successful partnership. We will schedule bi-weekly check-ins to assess how the collaboration is progressing, address any concerns the client may have, and determine if any additional assistance or adjustments are needed to enhance the working relationship.
